  Contact us by clicking the 'Find Me A Home' button and filling out the short form. That will send us your criteria so we can find you a home that matches your criteria.

  Click either the 'Seattle MLS Search' or 'Las Vegas MLS Search' buttons and enter your criteria. This will pull up homes for sale in the area – we at RentToOwnUSA.net can then approach the real estate agent represting the seller to find out if they'd be interested in leasing to own their home to you. PLEASE NOTE: for us to go this route, you must submit your application(s), be approved, and have your down payment and first month's rent ready to go. The process moves very quickly once we get the green light from the seller.

• Apply by printing our application from the 'Application' button. Please fax back to: (702) 554-6258 for property in the Las Vegas area, or (425) 650-6741 for property in the Seattle area
  
  
• We'll process your application within 24 business hours
  
  
• You will meet with one of our team members to review the paperwork and sign the agreements
  
  
• We'll collect your down payment, and rent
  
  
• We will give you the keys and help you transfer the utilities into your name
  
  
• Periodically, if needed, we may council you on ways to improve your credit
  
  
• At least 60-days prior to the end of your agreement, you must notify the property owner in-writing whether you will complete your home purchase or whether you'd like to request an extension of your agreement.
  
  
• You'll either close or extend your agreement.
